ABOUT

SPINFIT is a gym that provides functional training exercises. The workout has a combination of kickboxing fitness and strength training exercises. 

 

Our workout is a 35-minute full-body workout with a combination of strength and cardio exercises. Workouts change every day to help alleviate boredom and to keep the muscles confused. Our workouts are for all fitness levels and for ages 9 and up.  Everyone moves at their own pace. So, no person ever feels the need to keep up with an instructor. It is circuit style. Therefore, a member can begin the workout shortly after arrival. There is no worry of missing an exact class time.

Training

We work with clients to help improve their fitness and nutrition based on their individual needs and goals.

Some clients work on balance vs. clients who want to build strength and endurance. Some choose to work with mitts/paddles and the heavy bags. Our sessions are a half hour up to an hour. We love this 1:1 time!

MEET OWNERS

MEET THE OWNERS

We are a husband and wife team who have been together for 29 years. We are nationally accredited personal trainers with years of experience under our belts. Most importantly, we have compassion and empathy. We care.

 

We had thoughts of starting a small business years ago after people encouraged us to open a gym. We have done everything on our own. It was a big risk. What if it fails? Would people come to our gym? We are grateful to reach more than a decade now!

 

We understand what it is like to care for a family while trying to work at the same time with no help. There is so much juggling! We know what it’s like to experience happiness, sadness, stress, grief, losses, and challenging times. Our lives are not perfect and don't ever want to portray it to be. We are grateful for all the good and remember that life will have tougher days as well. "It ain’t about how hard you hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. Chantal gained 60+ pounds during her pregnancies. She knows what it is like to gain the tiger stripes and loose skin. She understands all that a Mom endures to bring life into this world.

John entered a 2014 Bodybuilding Transformation Contest on bodybuilding.com with 51K contestants. He worked a full-time job while raising children. He did it completely on his own and became a finalist. As they said in the article, "They're fathers. Your hard work and dedication to achieving your goals make us all proud."

Will other members be able to watch me? 

Everyone is working out at the same time. So, they are all concentrating on their own station. There is no time to watch others.
